from FIB to WF at the time of the buyout. They may be in a FIB bank branch located in eastern Washington state.

The current Chief Operating Officer of the aquarium, Brad Rutherford, has declined to pursue an inquiry to former and/or present staff as to who lifted the artwork. He has refused to state if the etching was insured by the Aquarium after its acquisition into the collection).
